Cleaning H22 Head

I was wondering if there was any particular way you can clean a head? the head is off a 95 h22

it still has all the internals in them, i've searched and didn't find anything, maybe some1 out there has a tip,

i was considering rinsing it with water, but im not sure if it'll fuck it up, can anyone give me any input? thanx

also consider using auto tranny fluid in your intake track to clean up the combustion chamber.
