Maybe the last 15 years has turned that city around, but when I lived there it was pretty bad. In 3 years my Mom's car got broken into 8 times.

Oh god. I just google map'd my old house and this would make randall from clerks die with excitement:

Maybe it was an area I've never been in. I've been down there regularly for all my 23 years. Haha My aunt did move a little out of the city a few years ago though.
