I kind of agree with klyph to a certain extent. I know I've been to funerals which were of a sad, yet happier tone than normal. The family of the deceased wanted everyone to remember and celebrate the persons life, not dwell on teh negatives so the showing was actually more uplifting and slightly 'happier' than you'd expect it to be.
