CRX HF Roller Rockers to a CRX SI?

Fellas,
I was reading the article on this website about possible modifications to first gen CRX's and at the end of the article under Junk yard parts it listed the roller rockers off a CRX HF. I was not aware if an Si already had roller rockers. So my question is will putting HF roller rockers on my CRX Si be better than the stock rockers currently on it. Does it matter that the HF head is 8 valves compared to the 12 valve Si head.
