Crx Si Engine In 92 Hatch.?

My friend is getting a swap for his 91 crx si and is going to sell me his engine for 100$. I have a 92 civic hatchback cx with only 70 hp. So i am wondering if it would be worth the time and money to do the swap. POST OPINIONS

not worth it
that engine is OBD-0 yourcar is OBD-1
you also cant use the tranny
it will not be worth the work for the small gains you'll see
