CRX suspension. Help me please!

I have a '89 crx si and i need some help. My suspension is crappy. The last owner lowered it 2in and whenever theres a pothole or bump it slams violently. I want to raise it 2in and i was wondering what i should get to do so. I dont know much about suspension, but i always hear about coilovers. should i get new struts? springs? coilovers? PLEASE HELP OUT A NEW CRX OWNER!!
