CTR n1 crank pulley questions??

alright.. i'm looking to free up some horsepower and i've been thinking.. gonna go with a stage 1 clutch and ACT 12 lb flywheel.. i also want to do the CTR N1 crank pulley, but i read bad things about them..

i figured i'd ask you guys.. got some smart people in here.. so let me know what you know.. .. TIA

why not just get a after market one

because they are supposed to be worse.. they dont come with harmonic balancers ..
