I asked in the other thread, but I'll continue this here. I'll assume you're putting like a 1991 Si motor in it. Your ECU will handle it, but the connectors are all different. To be in for the good haul, you should bring over the donor ECU as well. Also, the wiring is run through a significantly different path.
