N am swaping a D15 V-TEC into a 93 civic that had a D15 NON V-TEC in it,,,will l need to do any modifications and what will they be please help.....

i would not recomend putting in the d15b7 v tec,... it has less power than the non v tec.
the vtec has i think 96 hp ,.. non vtec has 102.
for some reason that one engine ,didcnt like vtec. if u really want v tec just put like a d16y8 head on it.
or if your like me I have the same engine but i jsut turbo'd it.
good luck with whatever you choose to do.

Silence! There is no vtec D15B7, the D15B7 is the DX motor, and yes it's 102hp. The motor your refering to is the D15Z1 from teh VX at a tire melting 90ish hp. The motor he is talking about is the D15B from the JDM VTi.
