i would say yes since that is the same motor i had and thats one of the ecus that was recomended to me by fellow honda-swap peeps.

Fuel and timing maps are significantly different. I recommend that you get the P08 or chip the P28 with a P08 .bin.
 
what about a skunk2 chipped p28 ecu? will that work?
