d16a6 head onto d15b7??

So thsi kid has a '95 civic hatchback w/ a d15b7 in it. Im thinkin that I can talk him into buying my old d16a6 head and putting it on there....will that increase the preformace like what it owuld on a crx hf? or what will that do for him and is it even possible?
