D16Y7 Questions

Whats up all. Im hopeing you all can help me out with a few things. How much horsepower could i get out of a stock d16y7. I wanna do cams pistons etc. Also i would like to turbo or supercharge it. Any info you guys could give me would be great. I need help with parts i can get and any parts i can swap frok an ex without any trouble. Thanx Jimmy

pluh. four things wrong with it:

1. D-series
2. SOHC
3. non-vtec
4. D-series


if youre gonna do d-series, at LEAST get a d16y8 or a d16z6.

Power? Who knows. The easiest thing to do is to swap the entire engine for a D16Y8 and then start working from there, or swap your head to a VTEC unit and use that as a base point.
