R&R (remove and replace), you are going to have to pull your axles, halfshaft, alternator, and probably your right tie rod. While you are at it you might as well resurface your flywheel or get a lightened one and get a nice new clutch also.
Not to sound mean, but if you thought you had to pull the motor to change the tranny then you probably shouldnt be even attempting this. Maybe get a professional to do it or a friend who is knowledgable in mechanics.
