Take a look at the Infinity Bi-Xenon projectors. The Del Sol is a single-bulb car, so you'll probably want some Bi-Xenon projectors. They'll cost about 120-150 for a pair without bulbs or ballasts.
Bulbs will cost about $30 each, get some 4100K or 4500K, going with a higher colour temperature than that will attract too much attention (from the wrong kind of people), and it cuts down on the usable light output. Buy them new, they'll change and morph just like halogens do, and you don't want to have to change the bulb
AFTER you have sealed up the headlights and been driving for a while.
Ballasts are another story entirely. You can get some ballasts on eBay for around $40 each, just make sure you get them with integrated ignitors, otherwise you'll hate youself. Used ballasts are fine, as long as they are farely new. Look for a Hella Gen-3 or Gen-4 type ballast. Be carefull when buying, as there are plenty of chinese knock-offs out there, although, some are good, some are bad. I had one chinese-made ballast burn out in less than 2 days. (It was replaced free of charge though.)
Get upgraded wiring for your headlights. It's a move you won't regret. The ballasts can draw as much as 20A at startup, and your stock wiring system isn't designed to carry that kind of current. You can either make one with a pair of relays, or you can buy one online. Look for diagrams for 100W headlights. Here's some good theory:
http://www.dimebank.com/Light-up.html#wiring You'll probably want to use your high-beams too, right? Design or buy a relay that doesn't turn off the low-beam, but instead turns on the high and leaves the low on. You'll just have to supply about an Ampere to the solenoid to get the high beams to activate, then it will drop down to about 250mA.
Look into getting some headlights for while you're doing the swap/mod/retrofit. It's an investment worth making, besides, then you'll 'have a spare' if it goes wrong. They'll run about $50 on ebay for a
really low quality pair.
All around, expect to pay about $350 if you do everything on the cheap, and don't make any mistakes. Good luck on your adventure. Changing the lighting system on your car is one of the biggest "feel changers" I've seen. People tend to respect you more on the highways with Xenons too.
