Do I need a resistor box?

I have a Cr-Vtec Turbo set up in a 93 civic hatchback. I am running Hondata stage 2 with boost and am using Pl-8M 550 cc RC Injectors. I keep getting a check engine code 16 (fuel injectors) and code 43 (fuel supply system). Also, I get a code 41 (02 heater core) but I just changed it recently. I do not have resistor box right now.

Any help with regards to these problems would be appreciated!
