they have been doing that for humans for a while. Its like when a guy has testicular cancer or for some reason has to have a ball(s) removed, they put a prosthetic on in there so it still looks right. unfortunately for us males, our balls serve a big purpose, so we cant just go down and get them upgraded like girls can with their breasts, lol
