I know this may sem like a dumb question. I was wondering, if I put a lowering spring on hieght adjustable shocks, will I still be able to adjust my ride back to stock height or am I stuck with the height of the lowering spring? Like I said, may sound dumb, but i need to know. Thanx.

Height adjustable shock? Are you talking about true coilovers that have threads on the side of the shock body with adjustable perches? If so, it depends on the manufactor and how much thread they let you play with. With teins, you can get your car back to stock height if you want to.
