Water vs oil. they don't mix. Plus diffrent densitys, so the oil goes to the top. The stuff in the third pic turns the nasty color but the stuff at the bottom is not going to turn white.

I'm aware of this. I was just surprised the anti-freeze didn't pick up a lot of carbon deposits form being inside of the engine and oil passages.

In one of those threads he said the guy the buyer brought to inspect the car before the purchase didn't show up.
