engine swap. j35z2 for a j35z8

Ok. So I am swapping my accord engine. I bought one on ebay. They shipped the wrong one. Got a refund but stuck with engine.

Engine is for 2011 honda odyssey. J35z8 and mine is a 2008 accord j35z2. Both have same trans, both have similar specs only difference is power and torquez different oil,
Would it be possible to swap the j35z2 with a j35z8. Is my question. ebay

Did you do the swap? I assume as long as the z8 is VCM it should work with the original harness and ecu from the accord. You would probably have to use your original a/c bracket and tensioner/idler from accord.
