Exchange 2007 / 2010 Backup solution?

We're currently using veritas backupexec to backup, commit, and flush our databases and logs, but moving forward we do not want to use BE anymore. we're looking into something else for 07/10... but we may not even need anything since we will be using DAG (which creates replica copies of remote mailboxes, ie backup)

any ideas?

I use be and the disk imaging software as well for our server.

Its a pain sometimes but I dont have problems normally that arent my own fault.

talking with the boss, looks like we are going to take the hit and move to BE 2010 from 12.5 .
