F**k dropped my cam!

So I dropped my Crower 403 intake cam, What should I do now? I hear they break when running when you drop em.

was gonna clean and coat them with wd40 so I took them outside, box tore on the side and spilled my intake cam on the cement. looked at it close and It looks like nothng happened. fell from about 4ft high hit dizzy side first.

Take to a "GOOD" shop and check if it's true.
And have them magniflux it..

Cool Ill do that when I free up some cash.

Man Im gonna be kicking myself in the ass if its cracked.

You're probably OK, Ya gotta remember that the stress they go through for just one revolution...
BUT, it's worth the few $ to have them check it out on a lathe and a dial indicator.
And talk it up to the machinist. They've most likely done or had things like this happen to them/their employee. And if it's the place you had your work done, they might just not charge.
