All an FMU does is increase the fuel pressure as boost increases, which sucks if you try to run very high boost because the injectors, fuel lines and stock pumps can't handle that kind of pressure! With the Hondata you could use stock injectors but that would be pretty pointless, usually you put in larger injectors and the Hondata ECU is calibrated to use those, then they can use the lower pressure like the stock ones but flow more fuel when opened all the way! Using a SAFC would work but not as well as the Hondata! Another way to go is to use an additional injector controller! That's what I use! Still Hondata is the best way to go, then you can tune fuel and timing!
