My 94 civic coupe has a B16 motor swapped in and it was missing the lower drivers side stud for the motor mount or torque mount. Here's a picture of what it looks like. The end with the big flange screws into the AC bracket. Its a little hard to see but the washer does not have a circular hole in the middle, its more of an oval and it can't spin.
