fuel pump fuseeeeeee is blowing

i just did a swap to my 96 hatchback....i have a 1990 accord engine(f22a) engine in my car right now just trying to pass 907a inspection....long story if anyone has has this problem let me knowwww todayyyy!!!...thanks....

All I can say is... buy a new fuel pump.

Disconnect fuel pump, replace fuse with new one at manufacturers suggested amperage size. If the fuse still blows, you have a problem in your wiring. If it does not blow out now, you need a new fuel pump.
