Gallery Up-Loads broken

hey b- just tried to upload an image and got this

IPB WARNING [2] imagecopyresampled(): supplied argument is not a valid Image resource (Line: 405 of /modules/gallery/lib/image.php)

works for me. i just uplaoded this:

it was my fault, accedentally changed a PSD tag to JPG, and it had layers, so it treated it as an invalad file, my bad.
