Gas mileage question

I have a 94 accord 5 speed and im not getting the gas mileage that i should and im not sure why. my 94 accord auto gets about 20 mpg in town and about 26-27 mpg highway. the 5 speed gets an average of 25 mpg between 220 miles of highway and 180-200 in town. any ideas as to what could be keeping me from getting better gas mileage?

Get spark plugs cap rotor wires air filter injector cleaner oil change I recommend syntheic blends and better quality gas
