H22 swap engine won't idle below 1200RPM

Started the engine and it will not idle below 1200rpm. Found 1 bad fuel injector replaced the injector but that didn't fix my problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

see if your idle screw is turned up.....if so then turn it down to what it should be....round 700
