hb engine swap

i have a 90 civic hb si sohc non-vtech i am taking the engine out and i want to make it a vtech. should i just get a vtech head from a 5th gen and put that on will that work or do i need more like the ecu or anything else? i am planing to put the engine in a 5th gen civic hb will it wire right up and bolt to the 5th gen eng. mounts?
