WHAT IS THE ORDER AND TORQUE SETTINGS TO TIGHTEN THE CYLINDER HEAD DOWN TO THE BLOCK ON A B16 ENGINE?

well there's the hanes manual for the 6g civic/3g integra and crv..... somebody here has to have it, i lost mine
