Head Swap Options

I have a 91 Civic HB, with a 1.5ll DPFI engine, the motor is fairly new with under 60,000 miles on it, so i would like to keep the block... But what are my head swap options? Ide like to go VTEC. SOHC or DOHC. Can someone tell me what options I have, and possibly point me in the direction of a Tech Article?

you'll need a pr3 ecu and any complete sohc vtec head
