Go crx, with it being so light it wil save you money on suspension and motor work so you can be very selective with the parts you pick. Even just dropping the built motor in it with a turbo kit pushin' like 10-15 psi you should be able to at least hit low 13's high 12's. Check out this site for turbos: Honda Performance Racing Products for International Sales from SSAutochrome Inc. they have cheaper kits. They may not be the best out there (I'm not much of a turbo expert) but take a looka nd let me know if I found a site worth going to.
