No way. I was buying it at 2.49/gal after Christmas. Usually it's less than 93 octane. The crazy thing is buying it wholesale (1000+ gallons) and having it delivered is more expensive than going to the pump. My dad has a bio-diesel process in the works that ends up costing ~.70 cents a gallon.
