How do I tell if my cams are Type R

I bought some cams off ebay that are supposedly Type R 1997. Is there any part numbers, and how do I tell which one is intake and which is exhaust?

They look close but I dont think they are b17 cams I have the same ones and cant figure out what they are..But if you look the intake and exhaust cams have diff lines...

its probably a b17 intake cam and a d16 exhaust cam or something because his pic doesnt match up w/ any b-series cams .. sorry you got taken.. how much you pay?? time to file a claim

But my cams are exactly the same I have compared them with b17 cams in person and they are not b17 The groove on a b17 cam is not as deep as the cams he has and I have!!
