how much horsepower

just curious around on average how much does a cold air intake and a header give u extra horsepower for an 88 teg ls

Not much man. Did you do the rest of the exhaust or just a header? You might of gotten 4or5 from your intake and maybe 4or5 from your header. Its really not much, my skunk2 manifold only gave me like 20 at the motor, maybe a little more.
