How much should I pay?

I am looking to buy this 93' si hatch as a rolling shell:

-102k miles
-7/10 paint (newer respray) 1 small rust spot
-painted 15" 99' ex wheels and 14" steelies, both with good tires
-ground control coilovers + koni's
-vis carbon fiber hood (evo style)
-megan racing exhaust
-basically stock interior
-battery relocation

What do you guy's think its worth? I'd hate to overpay
