How much will the stock Accord axles handle?

Does anyone know about how much the stock axles can take or how much they've seen them hold up against. How much can the stock transmissions (mine is the h23 tranny m2s4) usually take. The reason I ask is that I just bought some DOT drag radials for use at the track, they look pretty sticky and I don't want to get out there and snap an axle right away.

well if you dont have an lsd there is a greater chance of breaking one. the stock axles are pretty strong. ive seen people making 500 hp on the stock axles

better than the numbers ive seen. only about 300 for me, but they didnt break at 300.

Thanks, at least I wont be worried about breaking an axle now.

You are much more likely to break them during a corner under power than in a straight line.
