never been a big fan of pumpkin pie myself. Pumpkin anything for that matter, except maybe a pumpkin spice beer on occasion.

Coconut cream pie has been my Thanksgiving dessert of choice since I was a kid. My aunt makes 2. One for me to take home and one for everyone else to eat on Thanksgiving.

I have found that coconut is something you either love or hate.
