Before you even buy the engine you'll have to swap from DPFI (dual point fuel injection) to MPFI (multi point fuel injection), and change the OBD (on board diagnostics) you are OBD-0 the new motor will most likely be OBD-1 (92-95) or 2 (96-99)...
