That may not be a good idea. If its a common product then it may be tested for as well as the drug. If its a known masking agent and you test positive for it, you'll fail automatically because they'll think you're trying to cover it up.

If you've smoked pot or any other drugs TELL THEM becuase they will find out no matter what and if you lie to them you'll have your ass handed to you for taking their time up. However if you say yes sir I stole such and such and I did pot in the past and it shows up on the test saying you told the truth. then you're in good shape =)

Well explaining the situation to your employer may be far easier than failing and then being terminated. It sounds like you have a decent relationship with them.
There's a list of masking agents that are tested, where to obtain the list I'm not sure but they do have one. Olympic athletes sometimes get nailed not for actual drugs but for something that masks a drug.

i guess you forgot that your eyebrows are made of hair.
either that or you look really stupid. happened to a friend of mine after he shaved the whole sha-bang. they just pulled out a few eyebrows and he failed.
That makes it sound as if urinalysis is a more accurate test, which is false. The hair test is more and costs more money, but provides more detail and thats why its used.

the hair test gives FAR more false positives than urinalysis, that is why it is almost always used in conjunction with another test
the only benefit of a hair test is for finding patterns of use, you can look at a much longer time line and using growth estimations you can judge when, how often, and how long the substances were used.
