OK after posting up questions about this on H-T and D-series(whether a 92-95 EX differential will work fine in the DOHC ZC case); I had issues with the shim clearance being too tight(i couldnt even fit a feeler gauge in there). Well, after taking the shim out and measuring it again(bolts torqued to 20lbs); I found out I have only about .102mm of clearance. I don't think they make shims this small and this is very close to the .10mm MAX limit; should I get my old shim machined down to about .10mm(is this possible) or not run one at all?
