Went to do some instructing with NASA this past weekend in the del slo. This was the first time driving the car since the cage, seat and harness were put in. I must say the car feels great being so stiff and now i'm able to stay in my seat without any work. I start off a little slow, feeling out the car; I pick up my pace towards the end. Anyways, they put us instructors out with the Time Attack and Time Trial group. Needless to say it was complete mayhem out there. 52 cars on a 2.4 mile road course. About 45 of these cars were competing for time. Here I am in my stock B16 del sol trying to feel out the new car and these 600hp monsters are passing me. LOL. Anyways, this is some good footage showing many cars in the time attack. Keep an eye out for an S15 silvia that was running 1:47's out there, he rockets by me. My best time for the day, should be in this video was a 2:06. I need more power. The video is the whole session, 15 min or so and 100mb.
