Intake matching; D15A3 to D16A1

I am considering swapping a D16A1 engine into my '87 CRX. Currently I have a D15A3 engine with dual Weber carburetors. In order to consider making the sway, the Weber carburetor intake manifold would have to fit the D16A1 head, so... Question is, will a 1st Gen CRX fuel injection intake manifold mount on a D16A1 engine?
