JDM EG6 Rear Seats

Any differences between the JDM and USDM rear EG Hatch Seats?

Would you happen to know if they bolt right in?

Depends on the model of rear seat. The EG6 and EG4 that come with the rear cargo area won't fit without altering the center bracket, and the rest of the cargo area, and the sides are different as they come with a rear passenger storage area (though they might fit the same there). The others however are the same.
