i'd say it's both codes
it's very possible that those two things could get messed up
22 is vtec oil pressure (check your wiring)
23 is KS, again check wiring
the first thing I would do is test the wires for continuity
in other words make sure there are no breaks in the wire
then i'd make sure that the pins are in the right place in the ECU harness and that they are in there good
hopefully there isn't anything wrong with the actually sensors and it is just the wiring. good luck
