you still need to run rkill before you try to clean it out. some of the bots and trojans will move, or they will block functions of the sweepers.

honestly, nothing look suspicously and services.exe are needed files. it could be a bug.
with hijack this i would remove all those with the file missings. then i would uninstall norton 360 (making sure you have the keys) and run cccleaner with registry files included. then i would reinstall nortons and update.
lastly norton 360 blows unless its verison 3.0 or higher with the upgraded hieuristic engine found in norton internet security suite.
