ls hubs and brakes on a crx

Am i going to have any issues with bad alignment, or is there something i can use to fix it when i do my b16 swap withthe LS hubs, knuckles ,and braking system? i was told by hasport im gonna have issues with the alignment not ever being aligned?

If you have the same suspension setup as the G2 Integra and which ever gen Civic goes with the G2 Teg (I can never keep them straight). Then the LS hubs should work.
