I put a d16z6 ina 93 base model sedan. the engines idle bounces between 1500-2000rpm, when I disconnect the map sensor the cars idle stays at a constant 1500. The throttle body sensor is the one that is plugged in. when the engine is warmed up it satys at 1000. I know this is still too high, the idle should be around 600. why does the cars idle want to bounce when the map sensor is plugged in.
