whats up guys? currently my del sol is st a shop getting a chromoly cage in it and i need to know how high to put the midbar on the main hoop, and i have to tell them today? anyone with some quick info would be a great help.
Im talking about a bar that runs parallel to the top of the main hoop, but lower. anyone know what height it should be at???

Thats not something that you just guess at. you need to be in the seat with a helmet on for them to measure. I believe the bar has to be no more than 3" higher than your shoulders and no more then 6" behind the drivers seat.(all this is measured with you in a driving position.)

Trust me, my car leaves Fri for my Chromoli cage. look up the rules in whatever sanctioned body you might run in (ie. NHRA). don't spend all of that money on the cage to find out that it is not up to spec when you go to race.
