Momo Steering Wheel On 94 Civic

I got a new Jet momo steering wheel, and I bought some adaptor at lordco, but i can't figure out how to put the wheel on.......do I need some kinda hub or something cuz the adaptor I was told to get is and aluminum ring wit a bunch of screws in it.
My ccar is 94 civic HB

The major problem with putting an aftermarket steering wheel on is if you ever get pulled over, except a big ticket for removeing the airbag.
