Its easy....if you can change a clutch, do suspension work and such. You need a cherry picker and its best if you have air tools. I would say it s a 6 or 7 out of ten (if putting a motor together was a 9)
We Don't know this person's abilities so saying it's easy would be a bad comment to make. Most people I know (those who drive a car) don't know anything about mechanic work or have access to the proper tools (YES even a simple metric socket/wrench set)
lol very easy lol i did it my first time with out a manual and had no problems. just needed the manual to set time and idle. took me 2 days to pull the old motor out and tranny and install a clutch and bolt tranny back up and drop the engine in and hook every thing up. now i can do it in 5 hours.
